Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there at this time.

Estimated Delivery Times
Spain: 3–7 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders within the European Union, no additional customs duties are applied.
For shipments to countries outside the EU, the customer may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by the destination country.

Delivery Issues
Oakhouse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at our customer support email.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
